MEET THE TEAM
JSR Tech Consulting was founded in 2015 by Susan Riordan-Flynn with a mission of providing high quality managed services with a special focus on diversity and inclusion. Susan had already logged many years in IT Solutions Sales and has a passion for client delivery and engagement.
SUSAN RIORDAN-FLYNN
President and CEO
Susan has worked in the consulting industry since 1993, supporting strategic accounts and relationship development across multiple vertical markets. She is a creative problem solver with the ability to drive growth, resolve conflict, build morale and consistently exceed goals. Before forming JSR Tech Consulting, Susan spent five years with INSYS Group and over 17 years at Paragon Solutions. She attended Kean University and is also a graduate of Google’s Digital Excellence Program at the Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth), a leader in entrepreneurial training. A former board member of The ARC of Union County, Susan lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
DENISE QUINN
VP, Account Management
Denise is a dedicated sales professional whose success comes from listening closely to a client’s needs, to develop a keen understanding of their requirements. She has decades of experience in the staff
supp business, particularly in Fortune 500 financial services firms. Denise is a goal-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a solid history of producing results. She has developed templates and other materials to support target accounts and managed her portfolio P&L, all while continuing to generate revenue and meet her gross margin contributions. She
enjoys cooking, hiking, fitness and gardening, as well as spending time with
her granddaughter.
BRANDON HALE
VP, Client Solutions
Brandon is an experienced translational medicine specialist who has provided consulting and advisory services to the life sciences industry for more than 15 years. During that time, he has delivered profitable, tailored solutions spanning the entire Healthcare and Life Science value chain, including R&D, Medical and Commercial. His early training as a cardiorespiratory physiologist gives him insight into his customers’ challenges, through a convergent methodology informed by biomedical science, biotechnology, clinical necessity, commercial viability, and patient-centricity. Brandon loves dogs, and in his free time coaches minor hockey. He also volunteers at the local food bank and at Habitat for Humanity.
ERIC LAUCK
Client Partner
Eric is a successful Account Executive with over nine years of work in staff supplementation for business and IT, most notably in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. He works closely with his clients by building strong relationships and understanding their business’ needs. This deeper understanding lets him find the right talent to meet client expectations, minimizing time and effort on the clients’ side. His strengths lie in his attention to detail, passion for the business, and dedication to proactive support. Before coming to JSR, Eric was a Strategic Account Executive at Luxoft. He enjoys golf, and spending his free time with his wife, son and the family dog.
KELLY AMARANTE
Client Partner
Kelly has worked in staffing since 2019, placing Business and IT professionals in the Life Sciences and Financial Services industries. Leveraging her strong communication and presentation skills, she builds trusted relationships both internally and externally. In her previous life, Kelly was a professional dancer with the NJ Ballet Company as well as a Sales Trainer for a national franchise. In that role, she supported over 40 NJ locations in sales, operations and leadership development training. She is also a Certified FranklinCovey Facilitator. Kelly enjoys the beach, a good book, Peloton workouts and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
LESLEY McDARBY
HR Generalist
Lesley is an Information Technology resourcing professional with over 15 years’ experience in providing strategic, account management, resource management and HR services to Fortune 1000 companies. She has a proven ability to foster internal and external relationships with clients, vendors and staff, delivering successful solutions that can meet current and projected business requirements. She also supports JSR’s internal human resources needs and ensures a positive and productive work environment. Lesley lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children. She enjoys working out, taking family vacations and being creative with her cooking.
JODI EDELSON
Controller
Jodi is a career accounting professional with over 35 years’ experience in several different industries and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Queen’s College, New York. She takes a hands-on approach to finance, and since joining the JSR Tech Consulting team in March of 2019, has overseen all aspects of the company’s finances, with a focus on the bottom line. She plays an important role in charting the company’s long-term strategy, as well as in its day-to-day operations. Before coming to JSR, Jodi spent several years with Luxoft, formerly INSYS Group. In her personal life, Jodi enjoys the beach and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
ELISA DAHILL
Disability Advisor to JSR
She is an active member of Blind Advocacy and the National Federation for the Blind. Elisa also served for five years on the consumer Advisory Board for the New Jersey Commission for the Blind, and enjoys volunteering as an advocate for the parents of visually impaired children. She is active as a Cub Scout leader and involved with the community alliance for the Prevention of Drug and Alcohol Abuse. Elisa also holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology. She lives in Manalapan, New Jersey, with her husband and three children.
